For  Purchases

If you are not happy with your product that was purchased online for any reason  please call on (02) 97896433  or email us  info@uniformdepot.com.au for a return authorisation .  we are happy to exchange it or provide you with a credit on your customer account,  providing the product is returned to us in its original condition, undamaged and not used . The customer will pay all freight charges. credit will be processed once the item has been returned to us and assesed . Item must be returned within 14 days .

If goods are faulty, wrongly described or different from a sample shown, you may choose between a refund, exchange or a credit.

For- Faulty Items

Defective items must be returned to uniformdepot.com.au within (14) fourteen days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Depending on the fault, certain products may need to be returned to the manufacturer for inspection. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.

Returning a Standard Product

  1.  Complete a return sheet and include with copy of  invoice  and place paperwork  inside the return package with the return authorisation provided by uniformdepot.com.au

  3. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law: Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure
